Serge D. Ndikum

Serge founded Stellinor to bring the discipline of machine learning, international legal practice and institutional finance to how organisations govern and deploy artificial intelligence. He has advised on transactions amounting to over $50 billion and has a stellar track record of working at the intersection of technology, finance, international law as a deep tech and AI entrepreneur, machine learning and AI researcher, lawyer and investment professional. He was also a guest lecturer to undergraduate and postgraduate students studying machine learning, mathematics, computer science and physics at Harvard University and MIT.
Serge is also the founder of a deep tech AI company building secure AI systems for institutions where privacy and data governance are non-negotiable — giving Stellinor's advisory work a rare grounding in the practical realities of building AI in highly-regulated sectors.
Prior to founding Stellinor, Serge built an exceptional career which covered AI research, investment management, finance law and high-stakes litigation. He previously worked within investment teams at leading global asset management firms (Allianz Global Investors and Aberdeen Investments) covering global private credit and public fixed income investments. He worked as a finance lawyer at leading international law firms (including Freshfields and Linklaters) and earlier in his career worked in Washington, D.C. alongside former White House and U.S. Senate lawyers (with a focus on complex litigation and investigations) and at the United Nations.
Serge has worked and studied in the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy and France. He studied financial accounting at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and completed an executive education programme at the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School.
